Michael Sullivan

Treasurer

Michael is a real estate investor with a focus on affordable housing.

Previously, Mike spent 17 years at Fannie Mae, the majority of which was spent working on foreclosure prevention efforts. During the 2009 financial crisis, the US Department of the Treasury established the Home Affordable Mortgage Program. Fannie Mae was hired to implement and run the program. The program's goal was to incentivize banks to find alternatives to foreclosure, thereby keeping people in their homes. During the 15 years of the program, the Fannie Mae team was able to modify 4 million home mortgages, as well as work with the major banks on programs that prevented another 3-4 million foreclosure- related actions.
